About the Pastors

Pastor Ben Powers

Associate/Youth Pastor

Pastor Ben is the Associate/Youth Pastor. Pastor Ben will graduate from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in May 2006 with a B.A. in Religion (Pastoral Ministry). Pastor Ben is married to Emily (Moody) Powers who is the Worship Leader at CCN and also helps Pastor Ben with the Youth Group. Pastor Ben loves working with the Youth and has a heart for Young Adults. Ben has been at CCN since January 2006.

I just want to say that I am thrilled to be at Cardington Church of the Nazarene. This is an awesome group of people and teens. We have the best group of teens in the world (yeah, I said it). I love working with the youth and I am excited about what God has in store for us. My vision is to see this church grow spiritually as well as physically. I want to see us unite in spirit and come together as worshippers of Christ. I am working on starting up a Young Adult Ministry because I have a desire to win a lost generation to Christ. Please continue to pray for my family and me. We covet your prayers and will be praying for you as well.
